Others recommend tacking on at least 30 seconds after the nystagmus and dizziness stop before moving to the next position. ![]() Before moving to the next position some recommend holding the position for twice the time it took for the nystagmus and dizziness to go away. Remember that during treatment it takes time for the otoconia to move to the most dependent position with each positional change.
